I have to agree with the previous review. Their CPC ads constantly show as invalid and no one will explain the reason why. Emails, even to affiliate managers, go unanswered. ClickXChange has the worst customer service I've ever run into and they don't pay. Stay away from these guys.

I'd have to say the support for the site is garbage, takes 2 weeks to answer a question and also the tracking is trash especially for its CPM programs. I am a merchant on CXC and there are a bunch of cheaters in which CXC knows about but does nothing.
